D- Women suffer from many gynaecological disorders one of them is abnormal uterine bleeding. AUB is a major gynaecological problem in many peri and post menopausal women for which they undergo hysterectomies usually without a definitive diagnosis. So it becomes mandatory to confirm the histomorphology of the lesion, so that medical treatment or conservative surgery can be offered and unnecessary radical surgeries can be avoided. Dilatation and curettage is the most commonly used procedure to diagnose endometrial pathologies. OBJECTIVES- To evaluate various histopathological features obtained by dilatation and curettage in patients presenting with abnormal uterine bleeding.en_US
