| dc.description.abstract | Objective To determine the risk factors associated with failed induction of labour. Materials and Methodology A prospective observational study conducted on women admitted in the labour room andplanned for induction of labour in KAHER’S Dr. Prabhakar Kore Charitable Hospital, Belagavi, from January 2020 – June 2021. Induction of labour was performed according to the standard protocol of the hospital. Cases of failed induction were defined as failure to enter active phase of labour (4cms) after completing the induction protocol. Failed induction of labour group was analysed for risk factors in comparision to successful induction group. | en_US |
