| Abstract: | Background-Preterm birth (PTB) is a common obstet rical complication associated with adverse complications. The diagnosis of an early preterm labour is dif ficult but has important implications. The current study was aimed to determine the role of transvaginal CL at 18 to 22 weeks of gestation, in the prediction of preterm labour among the singleton pregnant women. |
