| Abstract: | The objectives of the study were as follows: • Primary Objective To determine the effect of administration of Trigonella foenum-graecum on gene expression of pyruvate kinase – liver type (L-PK) gene, glucose-6-phosphatase (G6pc) gene, and Cyp7a1 gene in liver tissue of Streptozotocin (STZ) + High Fat Diet (HFD) induced diabetic male Wistar rats. • Secondary Objective To study the interaction of Trigonella foenum-graecum with Metformin on gene expression of L-PK gene, G6pc gene, and Cyp7a1 gene in liver tissue of STZ + HFD induced diabetic male Wistar rats |
