D: We observed that few research studies have also examined radiation safety awareness among healthcare professionals in Asia-Pacific countries. One such study, conducted among medical and dental practitioners in India found comparatively poor awareness about radiation hazards. Hence, the present study was conducted to understand the radiation awareness among consultants and postgraduates of KLE hospital and also to understand the need for improving the awareness.en_US
