Abstract: Introduction: Dengue virus infection is the most widespread mosquito-borne viral infection in humans and has emerged as a serious global health challenge. When infected with the virus, the immune system gets activated & reactive oxygen species (ROS) are generated. These ROS are removed by anti-oxidants comprised of vitamins (A, C, E), glutathione & enzymes.
