| Abstract: | Background and aims Stillbirth is a common adverse pregnancy outcome, with nearly two million stillbirths occurring worldwide each year1 . Stillbirth is a sensitive indicator of public health and is often not documented or underreported. Infection related stillbirths are preventable. This study aims to evaluate for infection as a cause of stillbirth using algorithm, organism involved and risk factors for infectious stillbirths. |
