Background: Quality by Design is a methodical approach to development that emphasizes on excellent investigation and quality risk management in the creation of pharmaceutical products. It begins with defined goals and places an emphasis on comprehension and control. The development, optimization, and validation of reliable analytical techniques are all greatly affected by the concept of analytical quality by design. There are many anti-diabetic drug formulations available in the market for the treatment of diabetes mellitus; therefore, it is essential to perform quality testing of these pharmaceuticals using appropriate analytical techniques. Objectives: The main objectives of proposed research work are to develop, optimize and validate quality by design assisted analytical methods for estimation of selected anti-diabetic drugs.en_US
