Abstract: Background: Dislodging otoconia, endolymphatic hydrops, inner ear virus infection, or trauma to the oval and round windows or bone labyrinth are the most common causes of peripheral vestibular vertigo. Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, nystagmus, and unsteadiness are just a few of the symptoms that can indicate vertigo. BPPV is the most common peripheral vestibular disorder in adults, and is the commonest ENT diagnosis associated with vertigo. Objectives: · To study the variations of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and potential association of serum uric acid level in patients with Peripheral vestibular disorders
