To see the tolerability and effectiveness of 0.5% betadine solution in postoperative cases of sinus surgery 3. To assess the impact of 3% hypertonic saline and 0.5% betadine solution nasal irrigation” on the “QUALITY OF LIFE” using the sinonasal outcome (SNOT 22) questionnaire.
