| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT • Background: Acanthosis nigricans (AN) is a commonly encountered condition in clinical practice, with numerous systemic disorders associated with it. Not much literature is available with respect to the correlation of clinical and dermoscopic features in AN with nailfold capillaroscopy (NFC) changes. This study will allow us to evaluate patients with acanthosis nigricans having underlying microvascular complications due to metabolic diseases and monitor treatment on AN through dermoscopy. • Aims and Objectives: Primarily to study the association of clinical and dermoscopic findings with nailfold capillaroscopy changes in AN and secondarily to understand the spectrum of nailfold capillaroscopy changes in them. | en_US |
