Abstract: ABSTRACT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Acne scars result from changes in the skin's healing process triggered by inflammation, where atrophic scars show signs of inflammatory cell infiltration. Treatments range from surgery to less invasive methods like laser therapy. Newer technologies like MNRF and fractional CO2 laser are quicker and safer. MNRF and PRP or PRF offer a combined approach, stimulating collagen production and aiding in wound healing. The study aims to compare the effectiveness of MNRF with PRP versus PRF in treating acne scars, aiming to improve scar management
