| Abstract: | BACKGROUND Preterm labor, defined as birth before 37 weeks of gestation, affects 5% to 18% of all deliveries worldwide. Combining routine clinical tests like CBC and inflammatory markers can help predict preterm labor, aiding in the better management of associated maternal and fetal complications. OBJECTIVES This study aims to detect the variations in haematological and inflammatory markers in preterm labor and term labor and to determine diagnostic significance of NLR, LMR & PLR. |
