D: Psoriasis and Psoriasiform dermatitis mimic each other both clinically and histologically thus making it difficult to differentiate them from each other. Most studies have observed Ki67 expression in Psoriasis and normal skin, but very few have studied its expression to differentiate Psoriasis and Psoriasiform dermatitis. AIM: To study Ki67 as an immunohistochemical diagnostic marker to differentiate Psoriasis and Psoriasiform Dermatitis.en_US
