Abstract: ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: The posterior superior alveolar artery (PSAA) is a significant branch of the maxillary artery, supplying the maxillary sinus, posterior maxillary teeth, and associated soft tissues. When placing implants in the posterior maxilla, evaluating the relationship between the remaining alveolar bone and the maxillary sinus is necessary. AIM: To evaluate the position and caliber of the Posterior superior alveolar artery using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images.
