dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP) is a common craniofacial anomaly characterized by nasolabial asymmetry and soft tissue deformities that can affect aesthetics and vital functions. Traditionally, two-dimensional (2D) assessments have been used to evaluate nasal morphology; however, they lack accuracy and depth perception. With the advent of three-dimensional (3D) imaging, precise evaluation of soft tissue changes before and after surgical intervention has become possible. This study aims to evaluate and compare the 3D nasal soft tissue morphology in UCLP infants and non-cleft controls across multiple time points, thereby assessing the effectiveness of surgical intervention in restoring nasal symmetryen_US
