Background: Postoperative pain management in paediatric patients remains a critical aspect of perioperative care. Intranasal ketamine, a non-opioid analgesic, has shown promising potential in significantly enhancing postoperative analgesia, offering a hopeful outlook for the future of paediatric pain management. Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the analgesic efficacy of intranasal ketamine in paediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures under general anaesthesia.
