| Abstract: | Background: Thyroid hormones play a crucial role in cardiovascular function, yet their relationship with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) remains incompletely understood. This study aimed to evaluate thyroid hormone profiles in patients with ACS and investigate potential associations with clinical presentation, angiographic findings, and cardiac biomarkers. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 127 patients diagnosed with ACS. Thyroid function tests, lipid profiles, cardiac biomarkers, and coronary angiography were performed. Patients were categorized based on thyroid status, and associations with various clinical and laboratory parameters were analyzed. |
