| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the efficacy of synthetic osmotic cervical dilator (DILAPAN-S) vs Dinoprostone vaginal gel for cervical ripening in induction of labour. Background: IOL(Induction of labour) is a common obstetric intervention aimed at initiating labor when continuation of pregnancy poses maternal or fetal risks.
