| Abstract: | Background: Pre-eclampsia (PE) is a major obstetric complication that can have severe maternal and fetal consequences. Identifying predictive markers early in pregnancy is crucial for timely intervention. This study evaluates the predictive value of maternal ophthalmic artery Doppler parameters at 19–23+0 weeks of gestation for pre-eclampsia risk. Objective: To explore the relationship between ophthalmic artery Doppler parameters and the subsequent development of pre-eclampsia.
