Abstract: Introduction & Background: Pelvic floor muscles (PFM) support pelvic organs and are influenced by factors such as age, childbirth, and menopause. Weakening of these muscles can lead to urinary incontinence and reduced quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate pelvic floor muscle strength (PFMS) and its associated factors using simple clinical tools.
