Abstract: ABSTARCT Title: A one year longitudinal study to assess the corneal endothelial morphology and central corneal thickness in diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients undergoing Manual small incision cataract surgery Introduction: Understanding the impact of MSICS on corneal health, particularly in vulnerable populations such as diabetic patients, is critical for optimizing surgical outcomes and patient care. Objectives: 1. To compare corneal endothelial cell changes in diabetics and non-diabetic patients who underwent manual small incision cataract surgery, 2. To correlate endothelial cell changes and central corneal thickness in diabetics and non-diabetic patients who underwent manual small incision cataract surgery.
