| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Background Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a molecular subtype that develops independently of estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 amplification. Recent research highlights the role of immune surveillance in carcinogenesis, suggesting that CD53 could serve as a potential prognostic marker for TNBC. This study aims to examine CD53 expression in TNBC. Objectives This study aims to study expression of CD53 as IHC marker and correlate its expression with clinicopathological parameters in TNBC. |
