dc.description.abstractObjectives:  The aim of this study was to evaluate the comparison of addition of 1.5% acetic acid ear wash to the standard medical treatment in active mucosal chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods: A one year study was undertaken and 80 patients were enrolled for the study, two groups were made by randomization which was performed using Sequentially Numbered Opaque Sealed Envelope (SNOSE), with 40 patients in each group. Standard medical treatment was given in one group and intervention with acetic acid was done in the other group.en_US
