T Background: Inflammatory disorders necessitate effective therapeutic interventions with minimal side effects. Polyherbal formulations offer a promising alternative due to their synergistic pharmacological activities. This study aimed to develop a scientifically validated polyherbal anti-inflammatory formulation using the Quality by Design (QbD) approach, ensuring formulation robustness and therapeutic efficacy. Objectives: The study focused on optimizing critical formulation and process parameters for polyherbal tablet development while evaluating their anti-inflammatory potential through in-vitro and in-vivo models.en_US
