| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Background: The increasing complexity of pharmaceutical formulations necessitates precise and robust analytical methods to ensure quality, safety, and efficacy. Loxoprofen sodium, Baclofen, Etodolac, and Thiocolchicoside possess anti- inflammatory, muscle relaxant, and analgesic properties. However, their simultaneous quantitative estimation in formulations poses significant challenges. This study addresses the need for advanced UV-spectrometric and chromatographic methods optimized for the individual and simultaneous evaluation of these drugs, adhering to regulatory standards. Objectives: The primary goal was to develop and validate robust analytical methods—UV-spectrometry, reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-UHPLC) for the quantitative estimation of these compounds using a Quality by Design (QbD) approach. |
