| Abstract: | INTRODUCTION: Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type and its medical management with baclofen has many side effects. Hence there is need for other drugs in management of spastic cerebral palsy. Tolperisone which is centrally acting drug has been shown to reduce spasticity in adults. However there are not much studies on use of tolperisone in children with spastic cerebral palsy. |
