Abstract: Background and objectives- Postpartum blood loss is the inevitable blood loss after the delivery of the baby due to the separation of the placenta. Postpartum hemorrhage is a major cause of maternal mortality, accounting for one quarter of all maternal deaths worldwide. To study the effect of Injection Tranexamic Acid (TXA) for preventing postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) by assessing the amount of blood loss after vaginal delivery.
